MODENAS Offers "Direct to Your Door" Mobile Service

Shah Alam, Wednesday, 12 August 2020 – In conjunction with its 25th anniversary celebration, Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (“MODENAS” or “The Company”) has announced the launch of the MODENAS Mobile Service “Direct to Your Door” for all MODENAS moped, scooter and streetbike owners.

This service initiative, which begun on 8 August 2020 provides MODENAS customers with the ultimate in convenience and is part of the Company’s aspiration to further expand and improve its after-sales services.

Convenience is just one click away

MODENAS customers at selected towns now no longer need to worry about finding time off from their busy schedule to send their motorcycles for servicing. With just a click on the MODENAS dedicated online link, owners can book a service appointment and the MODENAS mobile service team will come right up to their doorstep on the scheduled date, saving customer’s time and journey to service their motorcycles.

The Company provides its service technicians with motorcycles and vans equipped with the required equipment to handle maintenance and repairs on site and MODENAS after-sales technicians are trained to manage the service procedure; and assist the customer through the whole process.

The MODENAS mobile service is made available only by appointment within 15km radius from the selected service centres, as follows:
