Kuala Lumpur, Monday, 26 August 2019 –Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (“MODENAS”), a subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Berhad (“DRB-HICOM”) today launched its first specialty store for MODENAS’ range of street bikes, branded MODENAS Power Store.

Located in Sunsuria Avenue, Kota Damansara, the MODENAS Power Store, which is also the first in the ASEAN region, offers Malaysian motorcycle consumers a one-stop motorcycle sales and service centre catering exclusively to the MODENAS street bike segment, namely the highly successful Modenas Pulsar and Dominar. These two popular Bajaj-based bike models are sold in more than 70 countries globally and also command leadership positions in more than 30 countries.

Besides being a sales centre, the MODENAS Power Store also offers specialised on-site repairs (including major repair works), servicing and customisations for MODENAS street bikes models with genuine spare parts and special accessories sourced from all over ASEAN. Apart from test-rides, customers will also get assistance to obtain financing for their purchases.

MODENAS Chief Executive Officer, Roslan Roskan said that the introduction of the MODENAS Power Store concept to Malaysia will enable the company to elevate its business presence and profile in the country.
