Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
Key Roles
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in continuous improvement, collaborating across all levels of the Operations team.
Developing, implementing and maintaining effective compliance systems, processes and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
Providing expert advice and guidance to the business on all compliance-related matters.
Identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risks across the organisation.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and their impacts on business operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
Lead or participate in projects focused on process improvement and system upgrades.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to achieve sustainable cost savings and operational excellence.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job & Skills Requirement
Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and systems analysis techniques.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to the financial sector.
Experienced in business process re-engineering or operational efficiency roles.

Reporting to Senior Manager
Key Roles
Manage and grow existing export accounts, building long-term, strategic relationships with key clients.
Identify and pursue new export opportunities, negotiating and closing deals to expand our global footprint.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfilment of export orders and address any customer queries or concerns.
Analyse market trends and customer need to inform product development and enhance our export offering.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, import laws and trade restrictions.

Key Roles
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimise downtime and maximise output.
Oversee overall process and production design to implement improvements and enhancements.
