SALES EXECUTIVE (MODENAS)
Location Terengganu
Division Sales
Reporting to Head of Sales
Key Roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure mutual trust and cooperation
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and feedback
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations on motorcycle models
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and following up with customers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MODENAS products and services
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Assist dealers with any outdoor events organized by MODENAS or dealers.
Job & Skills Requirement
Possess at least 2 years of experience in handling sales and dealing with dealers
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Passion for motorcycles and a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
Valid driver's licence and own transportation

LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE, LOGISTIC & SHIPPING
Location Gurun, Kedah
Division Logistic & Shipping
Reporting to Manager
Key Roles
Plan, schedule and coordinate daily motorcycle deliveries to dealers based on delivery orders and dispatch schedules.
Monitor delivery operations and ensure timely dispatch and arrival at designated dealer locations.
Coordinate with internal fleet drivers or external logistics providers for loading and route planning.
Ensure motorcycles are handled properly during loading, transportation and unloading to avoid damage.
Monitor vehicle utilization and transporter performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Liase with dealers to confirm delivery schedules and readiness to receive units
Resolve delivery discrepancies such as wrong units, delays or minor damage cases.
Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate delivery records.
Monitor driver safety practices and vehicle conditions to prevent accidents or losses.
Job & Skills Requirement
Possess at least Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and other related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead team.
Good understanding of delivery operations, route planning and inventory management.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Familiar with the structure of dealer networks and local delivery routes.
