Reporting to Manager

Key Roles

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Manage contract lifecycle, from drafting to renewal.

  • Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the organization.

  • Develop and implement processes to assess and evaluate vendor performance.

  • Identify areas for improvement and work with suppliers to enhance their service delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with suppliers and contracts.

  • Develop strategies to address and minimize procurement-related risks.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with suppliers and contracts.

  • Work towards cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the procurement process.

  • Leverage procurement technology and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.

Job & Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ Procurement or related field.

  • Experience in Procurement minimum 2 years will be added advantage.

  • Experience in direct material, vendor development and technical.

  • Good knowledge of AS400 (MRP), Infor L/N and Zycus will be added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts and procurement processes.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to secure favourable terms and resolve issues with suppliers.

ANALYST PROGRAMMER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Location Gurun, Kedah – 1 vacancy

Division Information Technology

Reporting to Senior Executive

Key Roles

  • Analyse user requirements and translate them into software solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to specifications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure software quality, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing.

  • Prepares and maintains documentation of applications including user manuals, operation instructions, program specification and descriptions.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.

  • Controls and monitors user access to databases and ensures application business rules by programming data integrity constraints.

Job & Skills Requirement

  • Manage warranty approval based on warranty term and criteria.

  • Prepare warranty claim report and manage warranty payment monthly.

  • Conduct market survey according to establish schedule to promote continuous product improvement.

  • Assist in warranty claim case, defect grades, zero-kilometre defect.

  • Prepare Corrrective Action Report (CAR) or Field Report (FR) monthly.

  • Update Monitoring Chart (MC) and Action Plan (AP) following the actual report.

  • Prepare Field Investigation Report (FIR) in response to Technical Problem Report (TPR).

  • Collect and analyse data related to product or service quality, including defect rates, customer complaints, and warranty claims, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
