Key Roles:
To program & operate CNC machine using Mastercam / PowerMill.
- To fabricate prototype parts as per drawing within a time frame.
To design & fabricate Jig & die in-house.
- To obtain CAD modelling and 2D drawing using CATIA module.
To design motorcycle parts & assembly using CATIA V5 software.
- To prepare progress report of project or project related issues to superior.
Job & Skills Requirement:
Must post at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology Machine & Tools or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in machining & fabrication engineering.- Understanding basic CNC programming & others tools(welding, lathe, cutting).
Good understanding of product prototyping.
Know how on 3D CAD tool in engineering design using CATIA module (minimum level: intermediate).
Good knowledge of design process and DFMEA.- Good knowledge in metal part design, tooling, and motorcycle assembly process.
Able to work independently, problem solving skill, good interpersonal skills, dynamic & work under pressure.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral)

MANAGER
Location : Gurun, Kedah – 1 vacancy
Division : Procurement
Reporting to : Deputy General Manager
Key Roles:
Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specification.
Obtain competitive quotations for company requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased.
Research and identify new products and services for the company in the market.
Verifies that all documentation and proper quotations are maintained and filed according to Policy and Procedure requirements.
Responsible for all purchasing functions, quotations, quality and availability.
Actively involve in cost reduction, have a knowledge in Value Analysis Value Engineering (VA/VE).
Lead in vendor’s appointment, development and procuring of developed parts from initial development stage till Mass-production.
Coordinator for ASEAN Hub project between Business Development Department and vendors. Able to travel if required.
Job & Skills Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least Degree in Logistic / Supply Chain / Business Admin / Procurement or related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing direct material, vendor development and technical.
Well knowledge in procurement process

PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Roles:
Manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to acquisition for the supplies, services, and construction’s requirement (Sourcing, Request for Quotation, Negotiation, Purchase Order Issuance, Contract and Expediting).
Constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of Quality, Reliability and Service.
Verify process of invoicing and payment certificates.
Job & Skills Requirement:

SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Location : Gurun, Kedah – 1 vacancy
Division : Finance
Reporting to : Assistant Manager
Key Roles:
To assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of the management reports.
Responsible for preparation and closing of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements.
Maintain fixed assets register and ensure proper filing of the records.
To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count.
Responsible for interim stock take audit.
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties in preparing yearly budget.
Responsible for managing the tax obligations of the Company, to assist and update provisional tax computation, provision on a quarterly basis.

Key Roles:
Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing motorcycles properly.
Maintain and improve the quality of workshop services.
Serve customers, analyze the damage and inspect vehicles, as well as explain the results of inspections to customers.

SPM / SPMV / SKM / GIATMARA Certificate in the field of Motorcycle / Automotive Technology and also related.

MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC

Reporting to : Head of Branch
Key Roles:
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair jobs and motorcycle servicing to meet customer requirements in relations to service and repair SOP.
To support related field activities and others support/special task.
Work with customers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue.
Produce accurate and itemize work estimates for customers who request them.
Conduct motorcycle inspections and alert customers on the issues.
Ensure proper care of customer vehicle and belongings.
Comply with workshop safety standards.
Other duties assigned by Head of Branch from time to time.
Job & Skills Requirement:
SPM/SPMV SKM certificate in technology motorcycle or minimum 2 years working experience in automotive field.
Good knowledge/skill in troubleshooting and motorcycle repair.
Effective staff and able to work long hours.
Possess valid driving license ‘B2’ and/or ‘D’ with GDL will be added advantage.
